In Saigon, it is not difficult to come across homeless people on the sidewalks or under bridges at night. They don’t have homes, and do manual labor jobs such as collecting recyclables, shining shoes, selling goods on the streets, etc. with unstable and meager income. During the Tet holiday season when families gather, we wanted to share some gifts of cakes to help them feel the warmth and love of the people living together in this beloved Saigon city.
Projects carried out:
– Providing meals for homeless people Tet sharing
– Giving “bánh chưng” ,”bánh tét” to homeless people Christmas sharing with street children
