Many children of ethnic minority families in mountainous districts of Gia Lai, Kontum, Binh Phuoc (bordering Cambodia) are facing illiteracy. In the past two years, during our visits to the villages and under-equipped local classrooms in the villages, we have seen it with our eyes and heart the hardship of life and poor education conditions here. We are continuously accompanying the Sisters in the projects of “Nang buoc tre em den truong” by providing the children with necessary learning tools and items including bookshelves, tables and chairs, uniforms, etc. and sponsoring monthly rice fund so that they have more fun coming to classes.
